| i need to fatten my bn to start breeding again because they stopped in January. How should I achieve this? I feed daily courgette. | |

| Are you just feeding courgette  if so try an vary the diet a bit more with more types of veg. Adding a bit of protein to the diet in the form of something like bloodworm once a week will also help in conditioning them. If your going to try and trigger a spawn then you could increase the extra protein to twice a week for a couple of weeks beforehand. When increasing their protein intake always be wary of bloat. | |
