Has anyone ever fed bamboo?

Does anyone feed bamboo? I try looking for canned vegetables that are no salt added. They are surprisingly hard to find! I generally feed a week of fresh then alternate with a week of canned. This is mostly because I get paid biweekly and I am too lazy to go to the grocery store every week. Honestly, my BF and I can go over a month without shopping for us, we are very resourceful. But I love these bamboo shoots and eat them all the time in stir fry. Anyone ever try bamboo?

It may be hard to make out through the plants, but this little fem bot likes it, lol.

On second thought I wouldn't feed the bamboo again. They munched on it at first but it went highly uneaten afterwards.
